This device is designed to achieve downsizing (40*40*80nm) and light weighting (230g) while maintaining the wavelength resolution and resolution, so that it can be equipped in a miniature plane (multiplane). Due to the high precision and light weight, it is also effective for building various systems not only to be mounted on airplanes such as Drone. (It has already been built in our spectral imaging cameras and sample driven type spectral imaging devices.)
